GIPERTONIK ENSEFALOPATIYAGA CHALINGAN BEMORLARNING NEYROEMOTSIONAL HOLATINI O’RGANISH

Mavzuning dolzarbligi: Miya qon tomir kasalliklarining oldini olish, erta tashxis qo’yish va davolash eng dolzarb muammolardan biri bo’lib, zamonaviy nevrologiyaning eng ustuvor yo’nalishi hisoblanadi. Qo’shma Shtatlarda insult o’lim sabablari tarkibida uchinchi va uzoq muddatli nogironlik sabablari orasida birinchi o’rinda turadi. Hisob-kitoblarga ko’ra insultni davolash uchun yiliga 2.32 milliard dollar sarflanadi. Miya qon tomir kasalliklari barcha yosh guruhlarida ayollarga qaraganda erkaklarda yuqori va hayotning har bir keying o’n yilligida kasallanish soni taxminan 1.5 baravar ortadi. Miyaning qon tomir kasalliklari orasida gipertenziv ensefalopatiya ko’rinishidagi progressiv serebrovaskulyar patologiya alohida ahamiyatga o’rin tutadi. Ushbu patologiya bilan morfologik o'zgarishlar miyadagi moddalarning diffuz va kichik fokal o'zgarishlar (lakunar infarktlar) shaklida shakllanadi, magnit-rezonans va kompyuter tomografiyasi bilan aniqlanadi.
