Article discusses reforms in all spheres of state and social life on the basis of five principles of the strategy of sustainable political, economical and cultural development carried out from the first days of independence in Uzbekistan and the history development of industry in Samarkand region, the conditions created for the development of industry in the years of independence; and gives information about the history development of international cooperation.
