Ushbu maqolada ta’lim tizimida raqamli transformatsiya jarayonining mazmun-mohiyati, uning samaradorligini ta’minlashda o‘qituvchilarning o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil etilgan. Raqamli texnologiyalarni o‘quv jarayoniga joriy etishning afzalliklari, muammolari hamda ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, o‘qituvchilarning raqamli kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish zarurligi asoslab berilgan.
