Abstract

So‘nggi yillarda uchuvchisiz uchish apparatlari (UUA) texnologiyasining jadal rivojlanishi va ularning keng ko‘lamda qo‘llanilishi global miqyosda yangi xavf-xatarlarni keltirib chiqarmoqda. Dronlar nafaqat harbiy va xavfsizlik sohalarida, balki ilmiy, tibbiy, tijorat va boshqa ko‘plab sohalarda ham faol foydalanilmoqda. Shu bilan birga, UUA’larning samoviy sarhadlarni buzish, razvedka maqsadlarida foydalanish, va hatto hujumlar uchun ishlatilishi kabi xavf-xatarlar ham oshib bormoqda. Ayniqsa, davlatlar va xalqaro tashkilotlar uchun samoviy xavfsizlikni ta’minlash masalasi tobora dolzarb bo‘lib qolmoqda.
