Abstract

Post-industrialism actualises the task of developing human social potential, which entails changes in the laws and content of social education. The dialectics of individual and personal development processes and social norms, ideals, national and cultural values of society become more acute.

The mission of pedagogy is to create special conditions for overcoming the contradictions between the growing social influence and individual development of a person or family.
