PHONETIC AND GRAPHIC STYLISTIC DEVICES IN ENGLISH AND UZBEK LANGUAGES

The work is dedicated to phonetic and graphical stylistic devices and different punctuation marks in the poetry and prose works in English and Uzbek languages. Moreover, their pragmatic effects and functional characteristics are revealed as well. The work consists of some examples in both languages by adopting outstanding researchers’ approaches to analyze them.
