Ushbu maqolada o‘qituvchilarning ilmiy tadqiqotchilik salohiyatini rivojlantirish masalasi yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda nazariy va empirik metodlardan foydalanilib, mahalliy va xorijiy tajribalar qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Natijalar o‘qituvchilarning ilmiy tadqiqotchilik kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishda zamonaviy yondashuvlar – action research, lesson study, raqamli platformalardan foydalanish va mentorlik tizimi samarali ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Xulosada ushbu yondashuvlarning ta’lim sifatini oshirishdagi ahamiyati asoslab berilgan.
