Abstract

Ushbu maqolada fermentlarning biologik tabiatiga, ularning organizmdagi vazifalariga, molekulyar mexanizmlariga hamda tibbiyot va biotexnologiyadagi amaliy qo‘llanilishiga batafsil to‘xtalinadi. Fermentlarning substratga nisbatan o‘ziga xosligi, ularning faolligiga ta’sir qiluvchi omillar, shuningdek, zamonaviy diagnostika va terapiyada tutgan o‘rni yoritilgan.
