Abstract

This paper examines how digital governance models are reshaping the management and operation of modern trade unions. The research identifies key digital tools and strategies that foster better communication, transparency, and decision-making processes. Through a review of global best practices and case studies, the paper proposes a framework for the effective implementation of digital governance within trade unions to meet the demands of the 21st century.
