this article discusses the concept of managerial activity from the point of view of Eastern thinkers. Studies how the principles and practices of governance are perceived in Eastern philosophies such as Confucianism, Daoism, and Buddhism. The article focuses on harmony, balance, and moral leadership in Eastern governance thought and juxtaposes it from a Western perspective. It also emphasizes the importance of understanding eastern Management Perspectives in a global business environment.
