Abstract

In the paper production process, the automation of the conveyor control system is of great importance in order to increase production efficiency, ensure energy efficiency and optimize the technological process. This system mainly allows for automatic control and monitoring of conveyors on the paper production line. Through the automation process, the system creates opportunities to maintain product quality and minimize errors in the production process.

In conveyor control, the movement of the conveyor and its condition through sensors, actuators, and software play an important role. With the help of the system, full monitoring is carried out during the stages of paper production, such as raw material transportation, drying, and product inspection at the final stages. The automation process also allows for risk reduction, detection and rapid elimination of technical malfunctions, and ensuring production continuity.
