Abstract

This article explores the effectiveness of using information and communication technologies (ICT) in practical training sessions within the educational system. Theoretical frameworks such as constructivism, interactive learning, and multimodal teaching are discussed in relation to ICT integration. Practical applications, including virtual laboratories, interactive whiteboards, and online platforms, are analyzed. Statistical data from national and international studies are used to demonstrate that ICT significantly improves students' academic performance, motivation, and independent learning skills. Challenges such as technical limitations and insufficient teacher training are also addressed, along with practical recommendations.
