Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Parkinson sindromi (PK) patogenezida mitoxondrial disfunktsiya va oksidativ stressning markaziy o‘rni chuqur ilmiy asosda tahlil qilindi. Dopaminerg neyronlarning energiya almashinuvi buzilishi, mitoxondrial DNK shikastlanishi, elektron transport zanjiri yetishmovchiligi, reaktiv kislorod shakllari (RKS)ning to‘planishi va ularning alfa-sinuklein agregatsiyasiga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqildi. Shuningdek, LRRK2, PINK1, Parkin kabi genetik o‘zgarishlarning mitofagiya jarayoniga ta’siri, oksidativ stressning nigrostrial yo‘llarda neyrodegeneratsiyani kuchaytirish mexanizmlari, hozirgi ilmiy izlanishlar va potensial davolash strategiyalari tahlil etildi.
