Abstract

Ushbu maqolada autizm spektr buzilishining (ASB) zamonaviy ilmiy asoslari, etiologiyasi, patogenezi va epidemiologiyasi chuqur tahlil qilingan. Genetik va ekologik omillarning roli, asab tizimida yuz beradigan morfologik o‘zgarishlar hamda neyrobiologik asoslar so‘nggi tadqiqotlar bilan boyitilgan. Autistik shaxslarning kognitiv, nutqiy va ijtimoiy rivojlanishidagi xususiyatlar, erta diagnostika imkoniyatlari va skrining testlari haqida batafsil ma’lumot berilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy reabilitatsiya usullari, psixopedagogik yondashuvlar va oilaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlashning ahamiyati ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Maqola autizmning surunkali kechishi, farzandning hayot sifati va ijtimoiy integratsiyasini oshirishga qaratilgan samarali strategiyalarni ishlab chiqishda amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
