PROSPECTS FOR ATTRACTING FDI TO UZBEK ECONOMY

This article examines the current state and future prospects of attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) to the economy of Uzbekistan. It analyzes recent economic reforms, government policies, and institutional changes aimed at improving the investment climate. The study identifies key sectors with high investment potential, evaluates challenges faced by foreign investors, and highlights comparative advantages of the Uzbek economy in the regional context. Based on global FDI trends and domestic economic dynamics, the paper offers policy recommendations to enhance Uzbekistan’s attractiveness to international investors and ensure sustainable economic growth.
