Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot O'zbekistonda elektron ta'lim materiallarining (ETM) sifatini baholash va takomillashtirish usullarini o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Ishda zamonaviy ta'lim muhitida ETM sifatini baholashning nazariy-metodologik asoslari va xalqaro standartlar, jumladan ISO/IEC 19796, SCORM, Quality Matters kabi tizimlar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida ekspert baholash, foydalanuvchi fikrlarini o'rganish va empirik tajribalar asosida milliy kontekstga moslashtirilgan baholash modeli taklif etilgan. Olingan natijalarga ko'ra, O'zbekistondagi mavjud ETMlar mazmun sifati jihatidan qoniqarli bo'lsa-da, interaktivlik, texnik barqarorlik va foydalanuvchi uchun qulaylik jihatidan takomillashtirilishi zarur. Tadqiqot natijasida milliy baholash tizimini yaratish, foydalanuvchi markazli yondashuvni rivojlantirish, pedagoglar va dasturchilar hamkorligini kuchaytirish bo'yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Taklif etilgan yondashuv O'zbekiston ta'lim tizimini raqamlashtirish jarayonida ETM sifatini oshirishning samarali vositasi sifatida xizmat qilishi mumkin.
