THE ROLE OF CHATBOTS AND VIRTUAL TEACHERS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

This article discusses the role of chatbots and virtual teachers in the modern education system, their main functions and impact on the learning process. Chatbots are interactive assistants based on artificial intelligence, which perform tasks such as answering students' questions in real time, assisting in independent learning, and automatically assessing test tasks. Virtual teachers, on the other hand, play an important role in explaining complex educational materials, managing lessons, and providing personalized learning. The article examines the advantages of these technologies, as well as some of their limitations. The conclusion provides recommendations for their effective implementation.
