Abstract

This thesis discusses the strategies to combat juvenile delinquency and reduce its prevalence in society. It focuses on decreasing crime among young people, rehabilitating juveniles who have already committed offenses, and reintegrating them into society as useful individuals. The paper also explores international experiences, psychological approaches, and innovative solutions aimed at eliminating the root causes of youth delinquency through systematic measures.
