Abstract

Organic acids are a significant group of organic compounds widely recognized for their functional roles in biochemistry, food science, agriculture, and industry. Characterized by the presence of a carboxyl group (-COOH), organic acids contribute to key metabolic processes and serve various practical purposes due to their acidity, preservative properties, and environmental friendliness.
