Abstract

This article examines the significant relationship between teachers’ professional development and the quality of education. The study demonstrates that in-school collaboration, reflective practice, and transfer motivation are more effective than traditional professional development courses. The article explores seven key elements of professional growth. Together, these elements form a comprehensive and dynamic system that enhances teaching practices and improves student outcomes. The findings indicate that professional learning must be continuous, context-base, and aligne with the real needs of teachers. Through such approaches, teachers become active agents of innovation and change within the education system.
