Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda O`zbekiston sharoitida o`sadigan ayrim ochiq urug`li o`simliklarning mikrobiomi tarkibi o`rganilgan. Bizga ma`lumki, o`simlik va ular bilan bo`gliq mikroorganizmlar bir birlariga doimiy ravishda o`zaro ta`sir ko`rsatib turadi. Bu munosabatlar uzoq tarixiy taraqqiyot davrida paydo bo`lgan moslanishlar bilan bog`liq bo`ladi. Bu jarayon natijasida o`simliklar bilan simbiotik munosabatda bo`ladigan mikroorganizmlar xo`jayin organizmiga xos birikmalarning ayrimlarini hosil qilish xususiyatiga ega bo`ladi. Shu boisdan o`simliklar bilan bog`liq mikroorganizmlarni o`rganish muhim hisoblanadi.
