Abstract
The growing flow of information in modern society, the variety of information technologies, the complication of computer solutions have set a number of tasks for the user. The question will arise of transferring the decision from a person to a computer. One way to solve this problem is to create and use expert systems. The expert analyzes the situation and identifies proportional information, creates optimal ways to make decisions, refusing urgent measures.
