Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekistonning raqamli iqtisodiyoti va internet-marketing sohasidagi qonunchilik masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Internet-reklama bozorining o‘sishi va shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni himoya qilish masalalari statistik asosda ko‘rib chiqiladi. Yevropa Ittifoqi va AQShning ilg‘or tajribasi tahlil qilinib, O‘zbekistonda raqamli marketingni tartibga solish uchun zarur chora-tadbirlar taklif qilinadi. Maqola internet-marketingni rivojlantirish uchun xalqaro standartlarga mos qonunchilik yaratishning muhimligini ta’kidlaydi.
