Abstract

The article analyzes key cultural differences between China and Western countries, including values, communication and business ethics. The influence of Confucian traditions, collectivism and hierarchy in China is examined in comparison with Western individualism. Particular attention is paid to intercultural communication and ways to overcome differences.
