Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, electronic marketing has become a crucial tool for the growth and competitiveness of the tourism industry. This article explores the role of e-marketing in enhancing tourism businesses, improving customer engagement, and expanding global reach. It examines various electronic marketing channels, including websites, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and online travel agencies (OTAs). The study analyzes how digital strategies influence tourist behavior, brand loyalty, and destination competitiveness. Through a comprehensive literature review and case studies, the research highlights the benefits, challenges, and future trends of electronic marketing in tourism. The findings suggest that effective e-marketing strategies significantly contribute to the sustainable development of tourism by fostering innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
