Abstract

The integration of Corpus Analysis Tools (CATs) and Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) in teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) has significantly enhanced language acquisition. CATs provide authentic linguistic data, allowing students to observe language patterns, while CALL offers an interactive platform for language learning. This paper explores the role of Corpus Linguistics in TEFL, the advantages of CATs, and their synergy with CALL methodologies. Practical examples of corpus-based activities and CALL applications illustrate their effectiveness in improving lexical and grammatical competence. The study concludes that a blended approach leveraging CATs and CALL fosters a more data-driven, autonomous, and engaging learning experience for EFL students.
