This article analyzes the experiences of foreign countries in the modernization and accelerated development of the food industry. It examines the introduction of innovative technologies in the food industry of developed countries such as the USA, the European Union, Japan, the Netherlands, and China. The advanced methods of these countries, based on cutting-edge technologies, automation, and ecological sustainability, play a significant role in improving food security and export potential. Studying these experiences presents new opportunities for Uzbekistan to modernize its food industry.
