This article analyzes the concept of teachers’ professional effectiveness. The success of the education system largely depends on the professional activities of teachers, whose effectiveness directly influences students’ learning and development. The study provides an in-depth examination of the concept of effectiveness, its significance in the educational process, and assessment mechanisms. Additionally, attention is given to how teachers’ professional commitment, motivation, and innovative pedagogical approaches impact their effectiveness. The article also discusses international and national experiences, including the influence of educational reforms implemented by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh. Mirziyoyev, on teachers’ professional development.
