Abstract

This article talks about the embassy visit of the Russian officer N.N. Muravyov to the Khanate of Khiva in 1819. It is shown that the mission of the officer and diplomat N.Muravyov played an important role in the restoration of diplomatic relations between the Khanate of Khiva and Russia.
