Abstract

Mazkur maqola jigar organining embrional (tug’ilishdan oldin) va post-embrional (tug’ilgandan keyingi) rivojlanishini o’rganishga bag’ishlangan. Jigar embrional davrda organizmning birinchi navbatda gematopoez (qon yaratish) organi sifatida shakllanadi va ushbu davrda maxsus hujayra differensiallanishi sodir bo’ladi. Post-embrional davrda esa jigarning asosiy funksional hujayralari (gepatositlar) to’liq shakllanib, organizmning detoksikatsiya, metabolizm va zahiraga saqlash kabi asosiy vazifalarini bajaradi. Shuningdek, jigar rivojlanishining genetik va epigenetik mexanizmlari ham ko’rib chiqilgan.
