The transition to a green economy presents significant challenges and opportunities for improving industrial management systems, particularly in developing countries like Uzbekistan. This paper aims to analyze the key obstacles faced by industrial enterprises in adopting sustainable practices while exploring practical solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and achieve socio-economic growth. The study highlights innovative management approaches, policy recommendations, and technological advancements essential for optimizing industrial management systems during the transition to a green economy. Comparative analysis with other Central Asian countries is also presented to provide valuable insights for Uzbekistan’s industrial sector.
