In Uzbekistan, work has been activated in recent years to address gender inequality. Issues related to Gender policy issues, gender studies, particularly the “women's issue”, have been listed among the priority issues of Public Policy at the formal level. Measures were established to increase the status of women, especially to protect and extend their rights through their legal acts.

Abstract

Uzbekistan today has a unique role in achieving gender equality of modern education and has adopted a number of programs, legislation related to further improving the educational process, including the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan's decree and resolutions on ensuring women's rights, in particular, gender equality and protection of women from violence and oppression, strengthening the status of women's entrepreneurship,
