Abstract

Ushbu maqolaning maqsadi - tanlangan ekologik xavf omillarining chaqaloqlarda tug'ma yurak nuqsonlariga ta'siri haqida nashr etilgan ilmiy adabiyotlarni va epidemiologik tadqiqotlarni ko'rib chiqish. So'nggi ma'lumotlarga ko'ra, tug'ma yurak nuqsonlari tarqalishi tirik tug'ilganlarning 1% atrofida. Tug'ma yurak nuqsonlari chaqaloqlar o'limining asosiy sababidir. Afsuski, yurak nuqsonlari sabablarining aksariyati noma'lumligicha qolmoqda.Ushbu malformatsiyalar genetik va atrof-muhit omillarining o'zaro ta'siridan kelib chiqadi.Maqolada tanlangan ekologik xavf omillari ko'rib chiqiladi: ona kasalliklari va metabolik kasalliklar (onadagi diabet, semizlik, fenilketonuriya), onaning turmush tarzi omillari (spirtli ichimliklarni iste'mol qilish, chekish), bu esa tug'ma yurak nuqsonlari xavfini oshirishi mumkin.
