COLLECTIVE CONTRACTS AND COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS: GENERAL CONCEPTS AND RULES
Abstract
In the 9th clause of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan are devoted to the provisions on collective agreements and collective bargaining.
Today, the path in our country, from a strong state to a strong civil society, requires the development of the principle of social partnership through collective agreements and collective bargaining, and the regulation of labor relations between employees and employers in enterprises on the basis of contracts.
