Abstract

In today’s digital world, cybersecurity is crucial for safeguarding sensitive data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber-attacks. Cryptography plays a pivotal role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and authentication of information. By encrypting data, cryptography ensures that information can only be accessed by authorized parties. This thesis explores the importance of cryptography in cybersecurity and how it contributes to securing networks and systems against evolving cyber threats.
