Abstract

Ushbu maqolada zanjabilning  tarqalishi, biokimyoviy xususiyatlari, tarkibi, inson salomatligi uchun foydali xususiyatlari va kundalik hayotdagi qo‘llanilish usullari haqida batafsil ma’lumot beriladi. Shuningdek, zanjabilning zararli tomonlari, ehtiyotkorlik bilan foydalanish tavsiyalari hamda uning xalq taboboti va zamonaviy tibbiyotdagi ahamiyati muhokama qilinadi.
