ENHANCING LANGUAGE TEACHING AND CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT THROUGH INTERACTIVE PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICES

Abstract

This article addresses the growing demand for advanced language skills and linguistic adaptability in today's multilingual world, emphasizing the pivotal role of teachers in training intellectually mature youth. The focus is on the challenges in implementing interactive pedagogical methods, particularly in language teaching and classroom management, and the potential solutions, including the use of innovative language teaching strategies, such as ESL and educational games. The benefits of utilizing flashcards and interactive teaching methods to enhance vocabulary learning, students' cognitive abilities are also discussed.
