LEGAL AND ETHICAL STANDARDS FOR ARBITRATORS AND REPRESENTATIVES IN ONLINE ARBITRATION
With the development of blockchain technology and digital dispute resolution, online arbitration as a modern evolving way of developing cross-border economic disputes is becoming more and more in demand. The advantages of using remote communication technologies are identified. Attention is drawn to the reasons that hinder the dynamic development of legal conflict resolution procedure in the electronic information environment.
