Abstract

In this article, a mathematical model has been developed that 
describes the filtration process of gases in two-layer porous media with dynamic 
interaction. Also, the issues of numerical modeling and development of computational 
algorithms for solving the constructed boundary value problem using explicit and 
implicit finite difference schemes were considered. The computational algorithm and 
the developed software can be used to analyze and predict filtration processes in oil 
and gas fields. The obtained numerical results are visually presented in graphical form 
and analyzed by comparing them with exact solutions.
