POTENTIAL FOR CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETY AND THE NEED FOR ITS REALIZATION

This article analyzes the potential for cultural development of society and the need for their realization. Cultural development is considered as an important factor in the spiritual development of society, the preservation of national identity and ensuring social stability. The article considers the main elements that make up cultural potential - human capital, historical and cultural heritage, education system, digital technologies and creative activity. It also highlights the ways to effectively implement cultural potential and the urgent tasks of cultural development in modern society. The results of the study indicate the importance of improving state policy in the field of culture and education, spiritual and moral education of young people and the introduction of innovative approaches.
