IMPROVING THE ROLE OF THE PROSECUTOR AT THE PRE-TRIAL STAGE

The scientific study focuses on the prosecutor’s significance in overseeing investigations, protecting citizens’ rights and freedoms, and ensuring the legality of criminal proceedings. Contextually, practical recommendations are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of prosecutorial activities.
