Mavzuning dolzarbligi: 2-tip qandli diabet – bu glyukoza intolerantlik va insulinrezistentlik natijasida kelib chiqadigan va qonda giperglikemiyaga olib keladigan metabolik kasallikdir. Hozirgi vaqtda bu kasallik global epidemiya bo‘lib, 2007-yilda dunyo bo‘ylab 6% aholida tarqalgan (246 million kishi) va 2025-yilga borib 7,3% (380 million)gacha ko‘tarilishi prognoz qilinmoqda.
