Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy ish o‘rta va keksa yoshdagi ayollarda kamharakatlikning sog‘liq uchun xavflarini hamda jismoniy faollikning inson organizmiga ijobiy ta’sirini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, kamharakat turmush tarzi yurak-qon tomir, metabolik va mushak-skelet tizimi kasalliklarini keltirib chiqaradi, shuningdek, kognitiv funksiyalar pasayishi va psixologik muammolarni yuzaga keltirishi mumkin. Jismoniy faollik esa organizmning fiziologik va ruhiy barqarorligini saqlashga yordam beradi, osteoporoz va semizlik xavfini kamaytiradi, shuningdek, metabolizmni faollashtiradi.Tadqiqot doirasida jismoniy mashqlar turlari (aërob mashqlar, kuch mashqlari va moslashuvchanlik mashqlari) tahlil qilinib, ularning har biri o‘rta va keksa yoshli ayollarning jismoniy va ruhiy salomatligiga ta’siri baholandi.
