Technological advancements such as automation, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT) play a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness, efficiency, and productivity of industrial operations. However, these enterprises face several challenges, including financial constraints, outdated infrastructure, a shortage of skilled labor, and limited access to global technological developments. The article provides an analysis of these issues and offers practical solutions, such as government support, workforce training, infrastructure modernization, and fostering international collaborations to overcome the obstacles and ensure successful technological innovation management.
