Zamonaviy harbiy psixologiya kontekstida metakommunikativ kompetensiyalarni shakllantirish shaxsning ijtimoiy-psixologik barqarorligini ta’minlovchi asosiy omillardan biri sifatida qaraladi. Ushbu maqolada harbiy xizmatchilarda metakommunikativ kompetensiyaning shakllanishiga ta’sir etuvchi psixologik prediktorlar emotsional intellekt, refleksiya, kommunikativ moslashuvchanlik va stressga bardoshlilik kabi omillar tahlil qilinadi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, yuqori metakommunikativ kompetensiyaga ega bo‘lgan harbiy xizmatchilar ijtimoiy signal va kontekstni chuqurroq idrok etadi, muloqot jarayonini tahlil qilish va boshqarishda yuqori refleksiv darajaga ega bo‘ladi. Mazkur kompetensiyani rivojlantirish harbiy xizmatchilarning stressga bardoshliligini, jamoada samarali o‘zaro ta’sirni va psixologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi.
