Abstract

Maqola uyishmagan yoshlarning motivatsion sohasiga ta'sir etuvchi asosiy omillarni tahlil qiladi. Yoshlar o'rtasida uyishmaslik, o'z-o'zini anglash va hayotiy maqsadlarni belgilash jarayonida muhim rol o'ynaydi.Maqolada ijtimoiy, psixologik va iqtisodiy omillar, shuningdek, oilaviy muhit va ta'lim tizimining ahamiyati ko'rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari yoshlarning motivatsiyasini oshirish va ularni ijtimoiy hayotga faol jalb qilish uchun zarur bo'lgan strategiyalarni ishlab chiqishga yordam beradi.
