Rag‘batlantirish xodimlarning ish unumdorligi va motivatsiyasini oshirishning muhim vositasi bo‘lib, samarali boshqaruv tizimining ajralmas qismi hisoblanadi. Maqolada moddiy va nomoddiy rag‘batlantirish vositalari, zamonaviy yondashuvlar hamda ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalarga ham alohida e’tibor qaratiladi. Tadqiqot natijalariga asoslanib, mehnat samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
