Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy maktab o‘qituvchilari faoliyatini baholashda KPI (Kalit Ko‘rsatkichlar Indikatorlari) tizimidan foydalanish imkoniyatlari va istiqbollari tahlil qilingan. Muallif o‘qituvchilarning mehnat faoliyatini raqamli va sifat ko‘rsatkichlari asosida baholash orqali ularning kasbiy o‘sishini rag‘batlantirish, ta’lim sifati va samaradorligini oshirish mumkinligini asoslab bergan. Shuningdek, maqolada jahon tajribalari, milliy ta’lim tizimi holati va KPI asosidagi baholashda duch kelinayotgan muammolar ham ko‘rib chiqilgan. Yangi takliflar va amaliy tavsiyalar orqali o‘qituvchilarning baholash tizimini takomillashtirish yo‘llari ko‘rsatilgan.
