Abstract

Özet: İmplantlar, kaybedilen dişlerin yerine konulmasında etkili bir yöntemdir, ancak bazı durumlarda bunların çıkarılması gerekebilir. İmplantların çıkarılması için kullanılan yöntemlerden biri, kemik trepan kullanımıdır. Bu yöntem genellikle, implantın geleneksel çıkarma yöntemlerinin istenen sonucu vermediği durumlarda uygulanır.
