Abstract

In the modern world, where traditional instruments of foreign policy, such as military force and economic pressure, are becoming less and less effective, the role of “soft power” is increasing. Soft power is the ability to influence other actors in international relations through the attractiveness of one’s culture, values ​​and way of life.
